Your Way Home AZ is the one-stop location for purchasing foreclosed homes through the state, county and local governments. Funding is available to qualified buyers who are interested in purchasing foreclosed homes in select areas throughout the state.
Sustainable Home Ownership - SHO provides one single point of contact for jurisdictions, real estate owned (REO) servicers and buyers. Each of the 14 participating community development corporations brings a unique strength to the initiative, including: housing counseling, pre-purchase education, property rehabilitation, lending services, down payment assistance, and geographic reach.

Community Assisted Mortgage Program (CAMP) is the City of Tempe's down payment assistance program. Deferred loans are provided to eligible households that wish to purchase a primary residence in Tempe. CAMP can be used with Newtown's IDA program and Community Land Trust program.
