- What to do about credit issues you might have
- Information that lenders look at
- How to get the best loan
- How to avoid predatory lenders
- Working with a realtor
- How to negotiate the sales price
- Title, escrow and the closing process
- Homeowner's insurance
- Home inspections
- Home maintenance tips
This class meets the requirements for the City of Tempe Community Assisted Mortgage Program (CAMP), Newtown's Individual Development Account (IDA) program, Newtown's Community Land Trust programs, NSP programs, and other First Time Homebuyer programs.
