Tempe's CAMP
(Community Assisted Mortgage Program)
CAMP is the City of Tempe's down payment assistance program. Deferred loans are provided to eligible households that wish to purchase a primary residence on an owner-occupied basis within Tempe. Loans are available for down payment assistance, prepaid expenses and reasonable closing costs.
Camp can be used with Newtown's Individual Development Account (IDA) program and Community Land Trust program. Ask your Newtown Homeownership Coach about how these programs can be used together.
