Step 3: Newtown reviews your application - schedules enrollment appointment
- After reviewing your application, Newtown will call you to schedule a one-on-one enrollment appointment
- Review income and eligibility documentation
- Review credit report and credit scores
- Develop individualized homebuyer action plan
- Issue letter to open IDA savings
Step 4: Complete your individualized homebuyer action plan
- Resolve any credit issues
- Complete IDA savings
- Apply for available down payment assistance
- Get approved for a loan
