Step 3: Newtown reviews your application - schedules enrollment appointment

    • After reviewing your application, Newtown will call you to schedule a one-on-one enrollment appointment
    • Review income and eligibility documentation
    • Review credit report and credit scores
    • Develop individualized homebuyer action plan
    • Issue letter to open IDA savings

Step 4: Complete your individualized homebuyer action plan

    • Resolve any credit issues
    • Complete IDA savings
    • Apply for available down payment assistance
    • Get approved for a loan
