Homebuyer Assistance Program
- Work with a certified housing counseling
- Get ongoing support and help to buy a home
- Help with credit issues and money management
- Help with getting a “good” loan and down payment assistance
Homebuyer Education
- 8 hour class facilitated by a certified housing instructor
- Meets education requirements for lenders, down payment assistance programs and CLT program
- Increase your knowledge about the home buying process
- Know the right questions to ask
- Help you make informed decisions all along the way
- Lunch and refreshments are provided along with a Homebuyer Manual.
- Fee: $50 per person.
